Note: In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the user/account holder and "we", "us" and "our" refer to UK Boat Search.

 

 

The Free Advertsing (Free Advert) account and facility is offered completely free of charge to private individuals to use as a promotional tool to assist in the private sale of a single item (at a time) as categorised by the options available on UK Boat Search. Only one free advert account can be held by an individual at any one time, allowing that individual to place one advert on our site at any given moment. 

 

If an individual creates multiple Free Advert accounts we will disable all the accounts and adverts immediately and will then contact you regarding the upgrade of one of these multiple accounts to a Trade Account (please see information below). If we do not receive a response from this communication within 48 hours all the accounts and associated data will be removed from our system.

 

 

We ask that you ensure that your advert is updated accordingly and removed when no longer required. If you have placed a Free Advert which has been on our system and has not been updated for 21 days then you will be reminded by email to either login and simply update the details (no change of information is necessary) or to delete the advert from the system. Any adverts that have been reminded after 21 days and have not been updated after 28 days will be de-activated from being listed on our site. If your advert has been de-activated you will be notified by email. You will still be able to login and update the details (no change of information is necessary) to re-activate it on our listings or if no longer required will be able to delete the advert from the system. Once you have deleted an existing advert from the system you are free to place another advert when you next need to at no further cost as long as you continue to maintain your Free Advert account according to these conditions.

 

Cancelling Your Free Advert Account: 

 

If you would like to cancel your Free Advert Account please contact us immediately with details of the account and we will action the request as soon as possible. Upon cancelling your account all the associated data will be removed from our system.

 

 

Your use of our web site and associated technologies and systems is only permitted in compliance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and in any other notices publicised on this site.

This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of our negligence, our affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.

 

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, warranties and understandings between the parties and constitutes the entire Agreement between them relating to its subject matter. Nothing said or any representation made by any employee, including but not limited to our telesales staff, should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions of the sale or as an authorised representation about the goods provided. Our disclaimer of liability shall include but not be limited to misleading and untrue representations but shall not include fraudulent misrepresentations.

 

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you will submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
